This first volume of a Lecture Series comprises the texts of selected lectures and addresses given by visiting scholars at IRCICA and papers delivered by IRCICA Director General on different occasions, about relations between the Western world and the Muslim world. This theme acquires relevance in the context of the dialogue between peoples from different cultures as well as within the framework of the Centre’s efforts to project a true image of the Islamic culture and civilisation throughout the world.
